Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items and gift cards are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print. We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For returns due to customer error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for incorrect, damaged, or not as described items, and for size or color changes (excluding sale and custom items). Contact us to request a prepaid return label. Send back the item, and once received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the return. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Partial refunds may apply for used items or items not in original condition.
